The 55th meeting of the IALA VTS Committee took place from 11 to 15 March-2024, in Saint-Germain-en-Laye (Paris).
The Jovellanos Centre participated in the meeting of Working Group No. 3. Training, where the key points discussed included:

•    OJT Instructor C0103-4 course update.
•    VTS Simulation Guideline Update.
•    Remote VTS training.
•    Personal skills for VTS operators.
•    Preparation of a test to assess operators' levels of English.

The next face-to-face meeting will take place in September; in the meantime, online meetings will be held.
