It is your or your company’s obligation to provide us with updated data in the event of changes.

How long do we keep your data?
 
Any personal data relating to individuals linked to potential customers, or customers and suppliers, that we gather through the various contact and/or information gathering forms are retained as long as there is no request by the interested party for their deletion. The data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship between the parties exists, observing, in any event, the minimum time limits required by law.
 
In any case, we shall save your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary based on our needs to respond to issues that may arise or to solve problems, make improvements, enable new services, and meet any applicable legal requirements. This means that we may keep your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have ceased to use our products or you have stopped using this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all of our systems.

If the personal data is not provided, it will not be possible to execute the contract, comply with legal obligations or those derived from the public authorities.
 
Parties that will be given access to your data:
 
We shall not transfer your personal data to any third company that intends to use it for its direct marketing actions, unless you have expressly authorised us to do so.
 
You are hereby informed that we can provide your personal data to the competent Public Administrations and Authorities when legally required to do so or when, acting in good faith, we consider such an action reasonable to comply with judicial proceedings, to respond to any claim or court case, or to protect the rights of the company or its customers and the general public.
