What type of data do we have about you and how have we obtained them?
The categories pertaining to personal data that we process regarding customers and suppliers are:

We do not process particularly protected data under any circumstances:
All data mentioned above has been obtained either directly from you through the presentation of a commercial bid, contract proposal, etc. or through your company which has provided us with identification data and other information required to carry out the purpose of the contractual relationship between the parties. It is your or your company’s obligation to provide us with updated data in the event of changes.
The purposes for which we process your data:
We process the data provided by stakeholders to manage the various activities arising from specific procedures required regarding sales, after-sales services, the management of suppliers, service quality, etc. Consequently, we shall use your data to carry out any of the following actions:
I. Provide the information requested through the contact form on our website or any other means of contact with our company,
II. Provide potential and current customers information on offers of products and services of their interest,
III. The administrative, tax, accounting processes involving our customers and/or suppliers,

How long do we keep your data?
Any personal data relating to individuals linked to potential customers, or customers and suppliers, that we gather through the various contact and/or information gathering forms are retained as long as there is no request by the interested party for their deletion. The data provided by our customers and suppliers will be kept for as long as the commercial relationship between the parties exists, observing, in any event, the minimum time limits required by law.
In any case, we shall save your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary based on our needs to respond to issues that may arise or to solve problems, make improvements, enable new services, and meet any applicable legal requirements. This means that we may keep your personal data for a reasonable period of time even after you have ceased to use our products or you have stopped using this website. After this period, your personal data will be deleted from all of our systems.
Which is the basis of the legitimate interest in processing your data?
Depending on the type of data processing, the legitimate interest is based on the following

If the personal data is not provided, it will not be possible to execute the contract, comply with legal obligations or those derived from the public authorities.

We shall not transfer your personal data to any third company that intends to use it for its direct marketing actions, unless you have expressly authorised us to do so.
You are hereby informed that we can provide your personal data to the competent Public Administrations and Authorities when legally required to do so or when, acting in good faith, we consider such an action reasonable to comply with judicial proceedings, to respond to any claim or court case, or to protect the rights of the company or its customers and the general public.
